A LITTLE ABOUT US...

Hello!

We're Rod & Debs Winrow and we've been inspiring people to live outdoors since 1996. We are a family run, garden design, construction company. Our Offices & Showrooms are based in Ferring, West sussex, providing outdoor services for our lovely commercial and domestic clients, across the UK. 

We started small, but over the years the Garden House Design family has grown into a team of dedicated professionals, who are as passionate as we are about outdoor spaces. We love what we do! why? Because we love to live outdoors and enjoy working with our clients, to release the potential within their garden. Therefore, however you enjoy your garden, we are sure that we will too!

from kids camps to canopies with style

Growing up on completely different sides of the world, an English South Coast kid, and a Kiwi growing up in the East Coast Bays of Auckland. Both our childhoods were full of making camps, climbing trees, hanging at the beach and having adventures. The love never really left us. After 30 years together, with a wonderful daughter, a couple of crazy cats and a business to be proud of, we are still making camps for ourselves (beach-hut is a prime example).

Even better, we also get to design and help our clients make their own "camps". The designs developed, are unique for each client and ready to share with their family and friends. Some might include a fabulous kitchen, generally a bar (for grown-ups of course), firepits, sofas, music, laughter and more.

{Side note: Our daughter's middle name is Summer! Why? Well, if you join our worlds together you get one continuous summer! Another nod to our love of living outdoors.}
